On other occasions, we process your personal data where required by law. We may also process your personal data if necessary to protect your interests or the interests of a third party.
Additionally, we process your personal data when necessary to do so for fraud prevention, improving our network and services, and marketing our services to advertisers and publishers; where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no other lawful basis for such processing, We will generally ensure that consent has been obtained from you. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of personal data at any time.
For questions about data processing, please contact our Data Protection Officer. Visit the “Contact” section below for contact information.

- Where we previously obtained your consent, to withdraw consent to processing your personal data.
To exercise these rights described above, please email us at [email protected]. Please be aware that we may be unable to afford these rights to you under certain circumstances, such as if we are legally prevented from doing so.
Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint against us. To do so, contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

- Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination as prohibited by the CCPA.
Exercising your rights. You may exercise your California privacy rights described above by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “California Rights Request” and specifying which right(s) you would like to exercise, or by submitting requests in the settings menu of the Rewards+ app by clicking “My Account” and then “Manage My Data”. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it. We may be unable to fulfill certain requests for deletion where we are unable to verify your identity, or where an exception to such right applies, such as when the information is necessary for us or our service providers to complete the transaction with you, detect security incidents or fraud, fixing errors, exercise free speech or another right provided by law, comply with legal obligations, or other internal and lawful uses. If we are unable to comply with all or a portion of your request, we will explain the reasons for declining to comply with the request.

Notice of Financial Incentive
AppLovin Rewards+ is a reward program designed for mobile device users to discover deals, discounts, coupons, and cash-back promotions for products sold by participating third-party merchants while shopping on their applications and mobile websites. To access Rewards+ Services, including redeeming cash-back, you need to register, create an account, and accept the AppLovin Rewards+ Privacy Policy and the Rewards+ Additional Terms of Service. Additional terms and exclusions may apply and will be presented when the cash-back is offered or saved.
In order to provide you with Rewards+ Services, we collect and process certain information about you. For instance, we collect your email address and/or phone number in order to deliver the cash-back rewards you earned by purchasing eligible items from participating merchants. You can find more details in the “Personal Information We Collect” section above.
Under California law, offering promotions such as cash-back may be considered a financial incentive provided in exchange for the collection and retention of personal information. While we do not assign a monetary value to the data we collect through the Rewards+ Services, based on our reasonable estimate, the value we receive from your personal information is reasonably equal to the value of the financial incentive we provide to users of Rewards+ Services. The method for calculating the cost would include costs associated with facilitating and managing the incentive or program, investing in enhancing user data and leveraging the relationship with users, and all other costs reasonably related to the incentive or program.
Participation in Rewards+ Services is always optional, and you can terminate program participation at any time by deleting the Rewards+ app or by contacting us at [email protected].
