Announcing the winners of the Lion Studios Ultimate Game Changers Contest

Lion Studios officially launched in July and to celebrate, we hosted the Ultimate Game Changers Contest. The contest let indie devs from all over the world submit their games which we judged on their potential to become the next chart-topper. A panel of Lion Studios employees analyzed and judged each entry to narrow the pool down to the top four games. Today, we are excited to announce the winners of the Ultimate Game Changers Contest.

  • 1st Place ($150,000): Oliver E. from Sweden

  • 2nd Place ($75,000): Ma C. from China

  • 3rd Place ($50,000): Abhishek M. from India

  • 4th Place ($25,000): Pending

We received over 230 applications from 32 countries and worked over the past month to judge each applicant. It was impressive to see the variety and creativity of the submitted games from studios big and small.

Congratulations to the winners and we look forward to helping them unlock the full potential of their games. We’ll have more news to share about each of the winners and their games soon, so stay tuned.
