Project Makeover Teams Up with Queer Eye: Let the Fab Five Fun Begin!

If you’ve been a Project Makeover fan, then hold onto your hat. Starting today, Project Makeover has been taken over by the Fab Five from the award-winning Netflix original show, Queer Eye.
In a first-ever collaboration, players will get up close and personal with Bobby, Karamo, Antoni, Jonathan and Tan as they sub-in for our game’s usual characters Gigi, Frances and Derek while they take a much-needed vacation.
Launched in 2020, Project Makeover shot up to the #1 grossing game in 24 countries, and the #1 most downloaded game in 142 countries, and it has amassed more than 67+ million installs.
In this limited “time makeover” event, the Fab Five intervene and interact with players as they transform personal appearances and living spaces.
Project Makeover took inspiration from Queer Eye in the game’s development, and now the two brands come together for the ultimate crossover. Magic Tavern worked directly with the Queer Eye cast to turn themselves into their own Project Makeover characters, and Project Makeover players will interact with the real-life Queer Eye characters to help in-game clients revamp their looks and improve their confidence by completing puzzles to win coins, mystery boxes, and gems.
The Queer Eye partnership and Fab Five take over will be available to all Project Makeover players starting today (but for a limited time).
