Victoria (Tory) Valenzuela is AppLovin’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. In her role, Tory advises on legal, transactional, and regulatory issues, and she is also responsible for compliance. Tory joined AppLovin when the company acquired Machine Zone, where she led the legal team. In 2022, Tory was recognized as an Outstanding LGBTQ Business Leader in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times. Prior to Machine Zone, she was General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Cypress Semiconductor, as well as an M&A and Securities Attorney with Clifford Chance US and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Tory holds a law degree from Stanford University.
