Glassdoor names AppLovin CEO Adam Foroughi as a Top CEO

I’m excited to announce that today, Adam Foroughi was named a Top CEO of a U.S. SMB by Glassdoor. Each year, Glassdoor highlights the top CEOs from around the world by looking at employee approval ratings. At the time of the awards closing, Adam secured the 27th spot and 98% approval rating from 85 employee reviews. However, if you look at Glassdoor today, he now has a 100% post-awards approval rating (but we’ll celebrate that achievement at a later date and time!).
Adam has been AppLovin’s leader and driving force from day one. His vision and leadership built a business that thrives in a culture where anyone can make an impact. The foundation has been based on hiring the right talent and creating a culture where everyone’s voice is heard and valued. Last week Mary Meeker also released her 2019 Internet Trends report highlighting that of the top 25 most valuable tech companies in the U.S., 60 percent were founded by first or second generation Americans. Adam is vocal about how his immigrant upbringing and parents shaped him and it has had a positive effect on his leadership of AppLovin, his undeniable focus on business and family, and overall motivation to succeed.
