Ailbhe Dervan is AppLovin’s Senior Vice President, People and Places. AppLovin makes technologies that help businesses of every size connect to their ideal customers. Ailbhe has more than 15 years of experience across HR management and strategy and overseeing global teams. Ailbhe has been working with AppLovin and its subsidiaries for the last seven years. She was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Adjust, and has held several roles including Vice President, People and Operations at Adjust and Senior Director, People & Operations at Adjust. Prior to joining AppLovin, she was HR Business Partner, EMEA at Quantcast and started her career at GE. Ailbhe graduated from St. Patricks College Drumcondra with a BA in Humanities and holds a Master’s Degree in International Security and Conflict Resolution from Dublin City University.
